WING NIGHT – Saturday June 1st @ 5:30pm
Yes, you read that correctly, we are having Wing Night at the campground, rain or shine the lightly seasoned (not hot) wings and fries will be served up! Below are the prices, you need to order in advance no later than WEDNESDAY at 4:00pm please by either going to the facebook social page or texting Angela at 613.818.3584
- Large: 1 pound of wings (10) and fries $15.00
- Small: 1/2 pound of wings (5) and fries $10.00
- Kids: Chicken nuggets and fries and/or carrots $5.00
Note: Prices are the same with fries or no fries, no substitutes.
CAMPGROUND UPDATES:
CAMPER SITES:
Please folks – everybody is entitled to have privacy and full use of their own sites. Recently both adults and children have been walking on other peoples lots – some to cut corners, some to get to the beach, some to take a short cut and going between trailers – THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Look in the mirror if that's something you've done, repramand yourself, if it's your kids, please speak to them about boundaries. It's common sense and I don't want to have to come to your trailer to discuss it so please, have a heart.
GATE UPDATE:
The closing of the gate continues and has had some very positive feedback so we will keep doing that – thank yoiu to everybody who has been closing or opening it, it's greatly appreciated by us all! There was mention of it being dark there, We are working on a lite for the area. There is no Power there so Brad and Sue have donated a Solar one we can possibly use. We will figure something out shortly.
WILD LIFE:
We have some wildlife families in the park… they are "WILD" life, don't pet them, don't feed them and stay away from them to avoid getting hurt. Most are tame and more scared of us but you never know!
SITE GRASS CUTTING:
It is your responsiblity to cut your site – if you don't and the campground cuts it, it's a $50.00 charge. If you are unable to cut your grass and reach out to a neighbour, hire one of the kids or Trudi to do it and save a couple bucks.
