SATURDAY
- 10:00AM – Kids Bingo
- 11:00AM – Adult Bingo
- 5:30PM – Pig Roast (see below for details)
- Dusk – Dancing under the stars at dusk, bonfire and music
SUNDAY
- 10:30AM Horseshoe Registration
- 11:00AM Horseshoe Play Starts – Adult Only Event $10.00
- 11:00AM Hang by the tent play games open for EVERYBODY
- 1:00PM Hot Dog BBQ for evrerybody

PIG ROAST EVENT UPDATE
We have about 100 attending !!!! The dinner is a sell out Please don’t make me feel bad by having to say no to last minute requests !!!
POTLUCK
- Please bring your favourite dish, here is a quick list of items to think about 🙂
- Buns and butter are looked after
- Beans – we have one slow cooker of beans coming
- Salads (we have one macaroni and one orange salad)
- Vegetables
- Pickles
- Cheese
- Hot potato dishes (I know of one that’s coming)
- Rice (one chicken fried coming )
- Devilled eggs ( never seen too many)
- Fruit
And of course desserts – everybody loves desserts 🙂
- Last year we were a little short on dessert But that’s the fun of potluck
The committee has plates and cutlery, but always feel free to bring your own
SEATING if you would like to reserve your family a place to sit together Please bring your own table and chairs over anytime Saturday and set them up CAMPGROUND tables under the tent will be buffet seating with no reserved seats (until you arrive )
