You are recieving this because you have a unit for sale at the campground. As was noted in the 2025 LOO and attached scheduales, morving forward, the only "For Sale" signs allowed are those installed by the campground of which include instructions on them as to how to find out more information or set up a viewing.
In the coming days the new signs will be arriving and installed. As a result, a sign will be placed in the front of your unit on the road side – this is the only location approved by the owner for signs of this type.
if you already have a sign on your site or window, it will need to be removed. We understand selling a unit is stressful and the process in place seems complicated. if you have any questions in addtion to what was included with your LOO that you recieved, please feel free to reach out to us.
