You are receiving this notification because there is a significant amount of snow on either your gazebo, trailer roof or 3-season room. It would be in your best interest to tend to this and avoid disappointment in the spring. The campground is not liable for damage due to the snow or weather.
If you are unable to attend to this due to health or other reasons, please respond to this email and it can be taken care of for a fee.

When enjoying occasional winter access to the campground, it is required for insurance purposes that you register when at the campground in advance whenever possible. It is important to remember that there is no water and minimal access for 911 services when at the campground and that the gate must remain closed at all times to avoid unwanted vehicles.
